In November 2014 we launched our first cookbook together with our award-winning vegetable chef Seppe Nobels and we can definitely say that the positive reactions have been overwhelming.

Our cookbook is in line with the way we work in the restaurant, putting vegetables and the concept of sharing food in the spotlight.

Seppe Nobels teaches us that vegetables can be fun, interesting and that they can be prepared in so many creative ways that will never bore you. The cookbook presents 17 vegetables elaborated in 68 dishes to share.
