Minimalux tells the story of timeless objects and accessories unburdened by trends or fashion. Minimalux is all about the now, yet being surrounded by elements that know no time.
The British design collective pushes the principals of formal reduction to the extreme whilst material, process and finishing considerations are specified at the highest level. In their England-based studio they reduce objects for daily use to their essence with the uppermost focus on hand finishing and attention to detail.
Graanmarkt 13 founder Ilse's personal favourite is the the leather/brass 'Timeless' watch with an elegant mirror instead of a dial as a metaphor for today's time obsessed society.
