Description

La Ceramica Vincenzo Del Monaco is often referred to as "the Hermès of Italian ceramics". Other than the beautiful aesthetic, the ceramics keep warm longer than iron or steel and they make your food taste dramatically different. This carafe is made with vegetable soups, ratatouille and other delicious stews in mind. Suitable for all heat sources (oven, gas, induction), except for micro wave.

  • How to use

    BEFORE FIRST USE: Put the ceramic (without lid) in a with water filled cooking pot. Make the water boil, turn of the heat and let the water cool down. After this, the pot is ready for use, but it is recommended to rub a piece of garlic all around the (unglazed) pot for extra protection.

    After completing these steps, you will be able to unlimitedly enjoy your piece of craftsmanship.
