Description
All QUE ONDA VOS glassware is designed in Belgium by Hanne de Wyngaert, and handblown in Guatemala from 100% recycled glass, which makes each piece unique. Because all products are entirely made by hand, small differences in size and colour may occur. QUE ONDA VOS promotes awareness about conscious consumption and creates jobs in indigenous communities ensuring fair wages.
This glass is perfect to use as a watertumbler.

About Que Onda Vos
QUE ONDA VOS is a design label from Antwerp, based in the heart of Guatemala.
They produce handspun, natural dyed, wool rugs and blankets, handwoven by Mayan weavers In Guatemala.
Aside from textiles, they produce QOV glassware. These hand blown glass products are made out of recycled transparent glass by local glass blowing artisans.
QUE ONDA VOS is founded by designer Hanne De Wyngaert in 2013. She graduated in fashion design, at the Royal Academy Of Fine Arts in Antwerp.
After working on several design projects, she started thinking more about designing and developing products that have a social impact on the community that produces them.
After travelling in Guatemala, she fell in love with the Mayan weaving traditions and decided to start up QUE ONDA VOS.
QUE ONDA VOS is Guatemalan street slang for 'Yo, what's up?'.
Using traditional spinning and weaving techniques as well as natural materials and dyes, QUE ONDA VOS promotes awareness about conscious consumption and creates jobs in indigenous communities ensuring fair wages.
