Our Tenue. Penn jean is a tribute to the classic silhouette of the mother of all jeans: The 1980s regular fit jeans. The Tenue. Penn jeans have a relaxed fit with a slight taper from the knee down and a high waist. The Penn is a versatile, unisex jean: Wear it snug, roomy (one size up) or big and oversized! The Penn Arroyo jeans are made from a 14 oz cotton denim fabric, of which 20% is recycled. The light washed, worn-in look is something you would find on a vintage pair from the 1990s. The Tenue. Penn jeans are made by our jeans factory in Umbertide, Italy.
