The artisans source a specific type of clay from the shores of the Rio Magdalena river. Once the clay is molded into its desired form, they are dried in the sun and then polished with precious stones. The objects are then placed in the oven at 800°C. Finally, the artisans start the smoking process, using a combination of dried local spices. This final step gives the clay its iconic black color.

Graanmarkt 13 will carefully process your order and arrange for your package to be delivered right to your doorstep. Benelux orders will be delivered within 2-3 days (Saturday included). Orders to other European countries will be delivered within 2-6 days and to the rest of the world it will take 5-12 days. You can follow your order at any time using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail once your order is shipped.

In case you are not home at the moment of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and will retry to deliver your package the day after the initial attempt.
If this second attempt would also be in vain, your package will be left safely with a neighbour or stored at a local pick up point (location will be mentioned on the notice in your mailbox and online).

Free shipping in the benelux for orders over 100 euros. To other countries, the shipping costs will be indicated during the order process, right before payment.
