This lamp, designed by Christophe Gevers in 1971 for his own sitting area, is a stunning example of his distinctive style. The CG71 Arco was quickly met with enthusiasm by those around him. To please a few friends, Gevers made two additional copies, but the lamp was never produced on a larger scale. The CG71 Arco embodies Gevers' typical design language: simple yet extraordinarily efficient. The combination of materials, such as the concrete base and the stainless steel arc, gives the lamp a minimalist and industrial look.
