Description

A perfumer and cook’s blend of delicate green teas and Italian lemon with which to finish a feast. A perfect cup of tea after dinner or lunch.

Created in collaboration with Nigel Slater; two beautiful teas, a lightly steamed Sencha from the slopes of Mount Fuji and another from the island of Yakushima, a protected UNESCO heritage site, carefully blended with a hint of Italian cold-pressed lemon oil.
